What I liked about the game:
My favorite thing about the game was its difficulty. I'm ashamed to say how many tries (and I could just be bad at the game)it took for me to just find and get to the diamond, and a lot more tries to actually get the diamond to the circle.
I like that you gave the main character a name and provided lore that explains the mechanics of the game. That adds personality and charm to the game and allows the player to feel a connection to the creator.
What I would add to make it my own:
I think an idea could be added dialogue that pops when meeting certain criteria such as dialogue for death, reaching the diamond, unique dialogue per game over, winning the round, etc.
Adding night cycles(dark mode) per other round that could increase difficulty but provide bonus for the day cycle artifact search.
