On line 16 the higher number for the int COUNT the closer the comparison between the distribution and numbers rolled. Eventually the numbers will match no matter how many times the dice are rolled at a certain threshold. This can be applied even when you continue to increase the number of dice or the number of sides. As long as you continue to increase the number of rolls the numbers will eventually line up with the distribution rate.
